The jazz band competed against dozens of other school groups and received an valuable feedback from the judges at the Highland Festival. Then it was off to Castles &amp; Coasters that night where an unexpected issue with our transportation left 28 students to squeeze into one van. Luckily, a replacement van was found in the nick of time (sorry David!) saving the students from a very uncomfortable ride across town. The next day, the students strutted their stuff as they joined the jazz band in a Jazz Parade at the Chandler Jazz Festival. The Jazz Band also performed an hour set that afternoon along side renowned professional artists featured at the festival.
